Terms of Service

ParkourMC ("we", "us") operates the parkourmc.com website and the ParkourMC Minecraft server. These terms apply to everyone who uses either. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

ParkourMC is an independent community server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

Your ParkourMC identity is your Minecraft account. Linking it to the website connects your username to this site so you can see your profile, rating and purchases. You may optionally attach an email address or phone number for returning sign-in.

You are responsible for what happens on your Minecraft account. Do not share link codes or sign-in codes with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us and we will help you secure it.

Competitive standings depend on fair runs. Using modified clients, macros, exploits or any tool that gives a movement or timing advantage on ranked maps is prohibited and results in removed runs, reset rating and, where warranted, a ban.

Be decent to other players. Harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation of staff and evading punishments are not allowed in game, in chat, or on any ParkourMC space.

Alternate accounts used to manipulate rankings, referrals or purchases will be removed along with any benefits obtained through them.

Ranks are cosmetic. They change how you look and what you can customise; they never change times, points, tiers or rating. Perk lists on the store describe the current benefits and may evolve; we will not remove a paid rank's core perks without providing something of equal value.

Trace and Glide are sold as 30-day periods that never renew automatically; buying again extends the time. Lifetime ranks are a one-time purchase that stays on the Minecraft account you entered at checkout for as long as ParkourMC operates. Ranks cannot be transferred between accounts.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your card details. Because ranks are digital goods that take effect immediately, purchases are final. See the Refund Policy.

Referral rewards and promotional discounts are provided at our discretion, may be limited, and can be reversed if they were obtained by breaking these terms.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms, or restrict access to protect the server and its players. Bans for cheating or serious misconduct forfeit any active rank without refund.

You can stop using ParkourMC at any time. To unlink your account or delete website data, contact us; in-game records remain part of season history.

We aim for the server and website to be available around the clock but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and outages happen. Seasons, maps, rating rules and features may change as the game develops.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website and take effect on the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to play after that date means you accept the new terms.

ParkourMC is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the server or website, and our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
